② During normal production, the effective heat sealing times of three times should be ensured. When the machine is turned on again after shutdown, the surface of the parts that have been hot pressed once or twice may be cooled when the machine is started again (the first hot pressing can only play the role of preheating), and the actual effective heat sealing times are only two times. Therefore, it is necessary to set a higher heat sealing temperature (hot pressing twice can achieve good heat sealing), so as to avoid a small number of poor sealing phenomenon when starting up again after shutdown.
③ Most of the boiling bags are liquid packaging, so the anti-static bag has high requirements on the anti-static bag. The undercutting phenomenon of the heat sealing edge should be avoided when making the bag, especially the edge of the heat sealing knife should not be too sharp, and should be chamfered or polished properly.
