How to adjust the metering gap?
The measuring gap should be fixed during the operation of the equipment. The adjustment should be carried out in the following ways:
1) Preheat the metering roll and transfer steel roller to the working temperature;
2) Use feeler gauge to adjust the gap between metering roller and transfer steel roller, and check separately at different transverse positions of the machine to ensure that each point reaches the set value. The setting value of metering gap is related to the working viscosity of adhesive, but the commonly used low viscosity adhesive is 0.08-0.09 mm.
3) Check and confirm the clearance of each point again when the transfer cot is pressed down.
Note: the inspection point is very important to ensure the working state of the machine when the pressure is applied by the transfer cot
