Points for attention in application of one component matte oil
1、 Adhesion problem: single component matte oil is generally printed on the back of the film through the reverse frame. Due to the low corona value on the back of the film, special attention should be paid to the adhesion problem;
2、 Setting problem: one component matte oil is a kind of milky white ink, and its coloring power is slightly stronger than that of inking oil, so it is difficult to track with electric eye; when it is printed, the film is turned over by the reverse frame, and the mechanical vibration has a certain impact on the setting position. Therefore, we should pay attention to register printing;
3、 Temperature resistance: the single component matte oil is printed on the back of the film, which will directly contact the hot pressing roller when compounding, and will also directly contact the hot pressing knife in the bag making process, so the temperature resistance problem needs to be paid attention to;
4、 Friction and scratch resistance: due to the single component matte oil printing on the back of the film, printing, compounding, frequent contact and friction with the guide roller in the bag making process, as well as the extrusion and collision of goods in transportation, the matte layer will be scratched, so its scratch resistance needs attention.
