4. The design of local heat sealing rod on zipper bag making machine is unreasonable, so ultrasonic heat sealing device is recommended;
5. The design of local heat sealing head is unreasonable (too small);
6. The output power or pressure of ultrasonic heat sealing device is insufficient;
7. The heat resistance of ink layer is insufficient;
8. The hardness of silicone rubber pad is not suitable.
