Surface winding temperature of solventless composite film roll
A certain residual temperature should be retained on the surface of the composite film after winding up to ensure the consistency of internal and external aging effect. Due to the large winding diameter and lower curing temperature (35-40 ℃) of solvent-free composite products, the curing effect in the middle of the film coil cannot be guaranteed only by external heat transfer.
The factors that affect the surface winding of film roll are as follows
① Ambient temperature, solvent-free compound operating environment should be constant temperature dehumidification;
② The temperature of the substrate film roll is lower in winter, and the temperature of the film roll is also lower. Especially, the film coil just placed in the workshop from the warehouse is cold, which can improve the temperature of the base film in the workshop;
③ Substrate preheating temperature: the equipment with two rewinding preheating roller device can preheat the substrate in winter to avoid too low winding surface temperature;
④ The composite temperature directly affects the surface winding temperature of the composite film, and the temperature can be adjusted. However, for the antistatic PE material, due to the stickiness of the antistatic agent, the composite roller temperature is set lower during processing.
