reason
1. Poor drying (abnormal drying air volume and temperature, more slow drying solvent).
2. Insufficient cooling of cooling roller.
3. Excessive coiling tension.
4. The printed matter is stored in high temperature and humidity.
5. The color fastness of the adhesive tape of the ink is poor and the wrapping property of the resin to the pigment is not good.
countermeasure
1. The improvement of drying conditions (air volume and temperature should be adjusted appropriately, the use of slow drying agent should be reduced as far as possible, and the residual solvent should be reduced).
2. If the cooling roller is hot, it must be cleaned up to keep the cooling effect and avoid resin softening caused by high temperature of printing roll.
3. The coiling tension is reduced to reduce the occurrence of the phenomenon of rib burst. A thicker paper reel can be used to reduce the core tension of the ink.
4. Printing materials should not be placed in high temperature and humidity.
5. Metal ink anti adhesion can be added anti adhesion agent 1-10%. The color fastness of the adhesive tape is poor, and additives are added to improve the fastness of the adhesive tape.
