If the proportion is not proper, the reaction will not be complete, and it will not fully play the role of the main agent or curing agent. In fact, it is a waste.

That is, main agent + diluent (fully mixed) + curing agent (fully mixed)
The prepared glue has the main agent and curing agent, they will automatically react with each other to produce cross-linking and curing. The process of chemical reaction is accelerated with the increase of concentration. If the main agent and curing agent are mixed first without adding diluent, the concentration will be too high and cross-linking reaction will take place quickly, which will lead to excessive local molecular weight and cause quality problems in the process of compounding. Therefore, the main agent must be added first, then the diluent, and then the curing agent shall be added after mixing, and the order shall not be reversed.
As for weighing, accurate weighing is to ensure the true ratio, so whether treating the curing agent or diluent of the main agent, the weighing should be accurate and the data should be true.
2. Preservation: due to the volatility of the diluent, the main agent and curing agent will react when put together. If the storage time is too long and other reasons cause crosslinking and curing, turbidity and whitening, and loss of liquidity, it is impossible to apply glue and compound, resulting in the waste of glue liquid. If the prepared glue can not be used up in the same day, it can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-5 days, no more than one week at most.
