Heat sealing knife is sticky or bruised or scratched;
The silicone rubber is damaged or aged and loses elasticity, resulting in uneven heat sealing pressure and even bubbles, affecting the heat sealing strength;
Too much lubricant in LDPE or CPP film affects its heat sealing performance;
The adhesive has not dried and hardened sufficiently.

Increase the heat sealing temperature or time during bag making;
Adjust the heat sealing pressure to ensure the strength of heat seal;
Clean or replace the heat sealing knife;
Replace the silicone rubber and ensure that it has proper hardness and elasticity;
