(1) The tension of the two composite substrates does not match;
(2) The winding pressure is not stable or the pressure on both sides is not balanced;
(3) The transverse tightness of the substrate itself is seriously inconsistent (unilateral), and sometimes it is related to the unevenness of the strip joint.
Corresponding solutions:
(1) Adjust the tension of the substrate at the feeding channel, the second unwinding unit and the winding unit properly;
(2) Adjust the winding tension properly to ensure the pressure balance on both sides of the winding;
(3) Replace the substrate with good surface quality, or carefully bond the old and new tape.
The main reasons for the longitudinal tunnel of composite membrane are as follows
(1) The winding tension is too large or the tension on both sides of the substrate is unbalanced;
(2) The joint of tape is not smooth.
Corresponding solutions:
(1) Adjust the winding tension properly to keep the winding pressure balance on both sides of the substrate;
(2) Carefully bond the old and new tape.
The main reason for the core tunnel of composite membrane is that the core tube is not round or the joint of tape is not flat.
The corresponding solution: replace the core tube with good quality, or carefully bond the old and new tape.
