On the phenomenon of white spots in aluminized film
It is easy to produce white spots when aluminized film is compounded with transparent film, especially when white and black printing film is combined with aluminized film, this phenomenon is more common. There are two reasons
1. The covering power of the ink itself is poor. After the printing film is coated with glue, the pigment (titanium dioxide) and resin of the ink are soaked by the ethyl ester in the adhesive, that is, the ink layer is dissolved by the ethyl ester in the adhesive, so it appears to have gray white spots. After the ink layer is compounded, the color difference will be caused, and the so-called spots will be formed. After ripening, this phenomenon will be reduced.
2. The quality of the adhesive is poor, not the adhesive itself, but the poor affinity of the adhesive to the aluminum coating, especially the OPP printing film and BOPP printing film combined with the aluminum plating film. The surface of the adhesive is more obvious because of the high surface tension of the adhesive, poor coating performance, shrinkage of the film, especially the high-speed machine composite, uneven glue coating "Spot" phenomenon. At the same time, this kind of adhesive has high initial adhesion and poor solvent release. After aging, due to the influence of residual solvent, the strength is not as good as the initial adhesion. The above phenomenon will be more obvious when this kind of adhesive is used at high speed on the roller with more than 150 lines. After the printing compound, the white spot phenomenon is more obvious.
