1. Operation steps
① Press roller is selected according to the width of printing material.
② Clean the selected roller on the shelf with rags and solvent.
③ Check the flatness of the roller surface carefully.
④ With the cooperation of the two persons, lift the qualified pressure roller, transport it to the installed color base, install it into the concave clamp position of the fixing frame, and tighten the fixing screw.
2. Precautions
① The width of the pressure roller should be larger than the width of the printing pattern and less than the width of the printing material.
② The roller with concave bulge, serious swelling, bruise mark and bearing necrosis can not be used on the machine.
③ During installation, it is strictly forbidden to collide or scratch the surface of the roller.

1. Operation steps
① Two people cooperate to loosen the fixing screws at both ends of the pressure roller.
② Grasp the two shaft ends of the pressure roller by hand, pull out and lift the pressure roller, transport it to the pressure roller storage area, and put the pressure roller into the storage rack.
③ Clean the removed roller with rags and solvent.
2. Precautions:
① If the roller surface is deformed or damaged and cannot be used, it shall be marked clearly and reworked in time.
② During the removal process, it is strictly forbidden to collide and scratch the surface of the pressure roller.
