Adjust the proportion of diluting solvent of back color ink to reduce the solubility of back color ink in contact with front color ink, that is, when diluting back color ink, add part of isopropanol and use less toluene as far as possible; 2. Increasing the printing speed can significantly reduce the contact time between the back color ink and the front color ink, which is also the reason why the reverse overprint is especially obvious in the low-speed printing, but there is no reverse overprint in the high-speed printing. This point may be limited by printing equipment and printing environment in actual printing; 3. Adjust the formulation of printing ink. First of all, we can improve the adhesion of the front color ink on BOPP film, so that when two layers of ink contact, the front color ink still adheres to the BOPP film. In the ink of CLPP system, the content of CLPP can be increased. Secondly, it can improve the drying speed of the front color ink, increase the drying channel temperature of the front color ink, and prevent the existence of a small amount of nonvolatile solvent in the ink film.
