Steps to control color
At present, in order to make the printing color reappear correctly, the following order should be followed: 1) control the printing conditions, determine the correct printing color sequence, optimize the field density of printing, so as to achieve the maximum printing contrast; when the influence of ink amount on dot gain and overprint is contradictory, the balance of overprint color should be achieved by adjusting the amount of ink at the same time. ② Calibration of color proofing system: use visual observation method to calibrate color proofing, and make it consistently simulate the above determined printing control conditions. ③ Color proofing for a set of color separations: using calibrated proofing methods and control means to produce correct and consistent samples. ④ Determine the standard proofing sheet: select the proofing sheet with visual appearance meeting the expected requirements as the standard sample sheet. ⑤ Adjustment of four color offset press: the overprint halftone screen produced on a normal press should be visually consistent with the hue and saturation of the standard proof sheet. (5) in order to get visually consistent products, adjust the density of the field during operation: even dot gain, overprint, dot distortion or ghosting may occur, and the chroma and color saturation of each printed product should also be the same. The appearance of each print shall be visually the same as the standard print sheet.
