1. Before use, please wipe the anti-corrosion oil and check whether there are bumps, scratches and other problems.
2. The layout should be treated with special equipment. If there is no special situation, please do not deal with it again. If you want to polish the plate roller, it is recommended to use 1000 ? sandpaper. Do not touch or scratch the layout with hard and sharp objects. ,
3. When using, the special scraper for plate roller should be used instead of other metal sheet. The scraper and the plate should keep proper angle and pressure according to the specific printing conditions.
4. After printing, the printing ink should be cleaned immediately to prevent the ink remaining in the screen pit from blocking after drying.
5. Please do not touch and handle the plate roller with bare hands to prevent the page from oxidation and scratch; especially in summer, it is necessary to prevent sweat drops from splashing on the page.
6. In summer, the temperature and humidity are high, so it is not suitable to put the plate roller in the plate box. During storage, the layout should be wiped clean, coated with anticorrosive oil (7% engine oil is recommended), wrapped with clean plastic film, blanket or corrugated paper from the inside to the outside, and placed in a ventilated and dry environment (temperature 0 ℃ ~ 30 ℃, relative humidity < 65%), and away from acid and alkali corrosive substances.
